Panchakarmma
The ancient and ultimate Ayurvedic treatment to detoxify your body from roots. The Panchakarma treatment mainly focuses on oleation therapy (where oil is applied) and sudation therapy (where perspiration is caused). In oleation therapy, certain medicated oils and ghee are applied to the body for a significant period of time.
Then, the body is exposed evenly to herbal steam as a part of sudation therapy which opens the pores of the body and relieves any kind of stiffness.
